Step 3: Formal Legal Action
As a last resort, unresolved disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in Nicosia, Cyprus, following applicable civil procedure rules.
3. Severability and Enforceability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Modification Rights
PathFinder Career Counseling reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
